The Allen-Bradley 22A-D1P4N104 is a PowerFlex 4 adjustable frequency AC drive. The 22A-D1P4N104 implements Speed and Torque control via a variety of control methods. For speed control, the 22A-D1P4N104 may be configured for speed control by utilizing Volts / Hertz (V/Hz) control. This control method delivers consistent speed by maintaining proportionality between frequency and voltage. For Torque control, appropriate control method for use is Sensorless Vector Control (SVC) or Sensorless Vector Control with economizer. With SVC method, Torque control across the entire speed range of the drive may be generated which is compatible for use in applications that perform lifting, material transfer, opening and closing of equipment.
