Return & Exchange Policy | TopAutoDevice

At TopAutoDevice, we are committed to providing high-quality industrial automation parts and reliable service. Every product you purchase comes with our 2-year warranty, and we also offer a 15-day return and refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.

 

1. Return & Refund Conditions

You may request a return and refund under the following conditions:

• The request is submitted within 15 days from the date of delivery.

• The product remains in its original factory packaging, with no signs of use, damage, or improper installation.

• All documentation, accessories, and manuals included with the product are returned intact.

• The return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item delivered, product arrived damaged, or product not as described).

 

2. Cases Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The request is made after the 15-day period.

• The product shows signs of installation, usage, or tampering.

• The original packaging is missing, significantly damaged, or makes it impossible to identify the product.

• The product was damaged due to improper handling or installation by the customer.

 

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Our responsibility: If the return is due to an error from TopAutoDevice (wrong product, damaged item, or not as described), we will cover the full return shipping cost.

• Customer responsibility: If the return is initiated due to customer error (wrong order, incorrect quantity, or wrong delivery information), the customer will cover the return shipping cost.

 

4. Return Process

1. Submit a return request via our Return Form or by contacting our customer support team.

2. Our team will review your request and provide packaging and shipping instructions.

3. Send the product back to our designated warehouse.

4. Once received, we will inspect the product within 2–4 business days.

5. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

 

5. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges can be requested under the same conditions as returns.

• Requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.

• Exchanges will only be processed after the returned product passes inspection.

 

6. Warranty Coverage

All products purchased from TopAutoDevice are covered by our 2-year warranty.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not apply to damages caused by improper installation, misuse, or modification.
