Installed in the slot immediately to the right of the primary controller, the pair occupies two slots in a ControlLogix chassis (1756-A4, A7, A10, A13, or A17) and operates with standard ControlLogix power supplies (1756-PA50, PA72, PA75, PB50, PB72, PB75). The module provides system redundancy, ensuring safety functions remain isolated from standard logic processing.
